Free to book is a site which manages small independent businesses like ourselves to enable guests to reserve rooms via the internet for their convenience. They are a business in their own right and their privacy policy is available to view via a pop up at the bottom of the our Free to Book page here.

We will access your information by logging into Free to book. We only use your personal data to process a booking, where the name, email, address, telephone number and any payment details will be allocated against a room to secure the dates required. You may also provide us with any special requirements you may have.

Of course, you are not obliged to provide us with any of this information, but if you chose not to, we may be unable to provide the service that you have requested.
